Effective November 1, 2012, we retired the Donet brand and adopted a new name: DataYard. We embraced the DataYard brand to promote our capabilities as a trusted cloud services partner for moving, hosting, storing, and securing mission critical applications and data.

This was not an easy decision to make, and we know this news will surprise some of our customers. But, it was a direct result of a new strategic vision and the alignment to that vision. The customer survey earlier this year confirmed the direction we charted for our brand was the right direction no matter how hard it was to let go of our old identity.

Even though the name has changed, DataYard is still the same company at its core. There has been no change in company ownership, no acquisition by a third party, and no change in staffing. We’re just promoting our services with a new brand.

So, if you call us and we answer the phone a little differently, or we send you something in the mail with a new logo on it, don’t be surprised. We’re still the same group of technology experts caring for your critical infrastructure. It’s what we like to do, and we do it well.
