Donet is a great place to work and there are a lot of reasons why. To begin with, we all share the same interests: technology, our clients, technology, our clients, technology, our clients, technology, our clients…. well, you get the picture.
Because we share the same passion, we get each other. And because we know that we have some of the best IT brains in the region working under our roof, thereʼs a lot of mutual respect not to mention collaboration.
Then thereʼs a top-down recognition that co-workers that play together, stay together. So we make sure to add a little bit of fun into our schedule, whether itʼs a paintball game, donut eating challenges, watching Jon Stewart clips, or even volunteering in the community.
