Donet network administrators will be performing emergency maintenance starting at 6:00 AM EST on Saturday (04/09/2011) with an anticipated completion time of 6:15 AM EST on Saturday (04/09/2011)
Our Network Administrators will be making a code update on a router that provides Express, T1 and ADSL services for many customers. This is being done to fix an performance issue that is affecting some of our customers. The following services will be affected:
– Ethernet Express
– Ethernet Express Plus
– T1 lines, except those in Kettering and Springfield
– Traditional ADSL lines
The following services will NOT be affected:
– Regional Ethernet (fiber)
– Ethernet Express Metro
– Ethernet Express Wireless
During this upgrade window, these services will either be slower or inaccessible. We expect this outage to last for only a few minutes.
